Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn shapewear in its original packaging, ensuring all hygiene stickers and brand tags remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
